How long does the design build process take?

Innovative Homes can take up to 50% less time to build than conventional homes. Our builders employ highly trained, skilled craftsmen and utilize as many as 25-40 people daily to build your home. Because our builders are among the largest in the country, they have inventory and ready access to each and every custom component needed to complete your home, eliminating the product delays which hamper conventional builders.

What is land-lease?

Innovative Home communities are land-lease communities.  Unlike with conventional private subdivisions, the cost of maintaining the millions of dollars of improvements in a land-lease community, such as roads, sidewalks, and utility connections, is paid by a third party. With your site rent, you share access to the many features and amenities provided by the community. Land-lease communities are the most cost efficient way to own a home because you don’t pay for most of the indirect costs of conventional home ownership.
