the design build process take?
Innovative Homes can take up to 50%
less time to build than conventional
homes. Our builders employ highly
trained, skilled craftsmen and utilize as
many as 25-40 people daily to build your home. Because our builders

to each and every custom component
needed to complete your home,
eliminating the product delays which
